Return to Work

We understand that in the current economic climate, staying well at work and getting back to work is important both for the employee and the employer. We also know from experience that doing this on your own can sometimes be stressful, especially when you might not have the energy to invest in looking after your own needs.

We can support you by working with your Occupational Health Department and your employer to facilitate a safe and sustainable return to work including regular review of your return to work plan. Reasonable Adjustments form part of the Equality Act. They are there to support you and although they will be different for everyone, they will be the things that help keep you well at work and ensure a balance is kept with work and the rest of your life.
